Mizuki Kojima is a designer based in Chicago. She specializes in creating intricate, everyday objects that bring joy and enrichment to people's lives. Her design practice emphasizes the interconnectedness between being a designer, craftsman, and artist. Her work has been exhibited internationally, most recently at International Contemporary Furniture Fair (ICFF) in New York City.

Mizuki has gained valuable experience through internships at Casey Lurie Studio in 2022 and Yanagi Sori Design Studio in Tokyo. While in Japan, she conducted research on Japanese crafts in Fukui Prefecture and participated in the 'Uminoie' artist residency, where she engaged in various human activities such as art, education, and self-sustained living, notably building a chicken coop as part of this experience.

Mizuki's goal is to continue creating objects that manifest joy through exploration, learning, and appreciation. Through her design practice, she aims to convey her understanding of these subjects by deconstructing and reimagining the joy inherent in everyday objects.
